A cured chub premix with a premium continental style flavour blend. Combines subtle spice flavours with savoury garlic and onion notes rounded off with fresh cracked pepper.

Directions

Mince meat to required texture. Mix premix and water together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.

Usage

Premix 6 kg, Water 16 kg, Pork 75CL 50 kg, Beef 80CL 20 kg, Cheese Cubes 8 kg, Total 100 kg

This product contains soy and sulphites. This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
