A savoury French style marinade made with chicken stock, red wine mushrooms and selected herbs and spices. This light glossy marinade is perfect for cuts of poultry that are to be slowly simmered or stewed. Extra eye appeal and flavour can be achieved by the addition of canned sliced mushrooms. A perfect winter dish and suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

Directions

Pour over meat and marinate overnight. Cook before consumption.
