Char Siu BBQ Pork. A new favourite! This highly glossy deep red marinade is created with a blend of Chinese Five Spice, garlic with a hint of honey and soy and a touch of hickory smoke. Truly superb on pork loin or pork belly, but equally satisfying when used on duck or chicken. This marinade imparts a standout deep red colour to any white meat.

Directions

Pour over meat and marinate overnight. Cook before consumption.
