A full bodied, dark, sweet, tomato and red wine based marinade with a "French Provencal" style flavour gathered from garlic, sweet peppers, thyme and freshly cracked black pepper. Perfect for adding a distinctive rustic flavour to larger cuts of beef or lamb. For best results marinade overnight or vacuum pack the product with the marinade applied.

Directions

Pour over meat and marinate overnight. Cook before consumption.
