Rosemary and mint go well together in this aromatic gluten free sausage meal. Onion, garlic and white pepper are blended with rosemary and mint to give a flavour that traditionalists will love. Perfect for lamb.
Directions
For best results, use 50/50 Lamb & Beef. Mince meat to required texture. Mix meal and water to form slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.Usage
