The special blend of ground spices, containing red hot chilli, onion, garlic, cumin and coriander gives a truly authentic Mexican flavour. Succulent tomato and green bell peppers add extra colour, taste, texture and visual appeal. Perfect for beef, pork or chicken.

Directions

Mince meat to required texture. Mix meal and water together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.
