A classic Italian style sausage meal with garlic, selected Mediterranean spices and herbs are blended with white wine, cracked black pepper and aromatic fennel seeds to create outstanding flavours and make this sausage meal a true favourite.

Directions

For best eye appeal and texture, mince meat through a 5mm (coarse) plate. Mix meal and water together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again (5mm plate). Fill into 32-35mm hog casings.

Usage

12 kg Pork (75CL), 5.8 kg Beef (75CL), 1 kg Meal, 2.2 kg Iced Water, Total 21 kg.
