An outstanding French style sausage meal. The combination of onion, garlic, cracked black pepper, selected spices and herbs creates well rounded aromatic flavours. Traditionally Toulouse sausage is made with white wine for extra flavour and elegance.
Directions
For best eye appeal and texture, mince meat through a 5mm (coarse) plate. Mix meal, water and wine together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again (5mm plate). Fill into 32-35mm hog casings.Usage
