The traditional flavours of Italy are combined in this aromatic sausage meal. Tomato, garlic and black pepper are perfectly matched with basil, parsley and onion producing a great tasting sausage.

Directions

Mince meat to required texture. Mix meal and water together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.

Meat & Fat 10 kg, Meal 1 kg, Water 2.3 kg Total 13.3 kg
