This classic "Continental Style" gluten free beef sausage meal with onion, garlic, black pepper and selected herbs is perfectly complimented with subtle beef notes to create a sausage that appeals to all.

Directions

Mince meat to required texture. Mix meal and water together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.

Usage

Beef (8-85CL) 16.6 kg, Meal 1 kg, Iced Water 2.4 kg. (Red wine may be used at .7 kg wine and 1.7 kg iced water). 20 kg Total.
