Directions

Mince meat to required texture. Mix meal and water together to form a slurry. Mix meat and slurry together. Mince again.

Usage

Beef 85CL 9 kg, Meal 1 kg, Iced Water 2 kg, Total 12 kg. Note: For additional flavour, 100 to 200g of a good blue vein cheese may be crumbled into the mixture prior to the final mince.
