A Mediterranean style seasoning mix with zesty lemon, oregano, rosemary and garlic that forms a glossy light orange glaze when sprinkled onto cuts of chicken or lamb destined for the BBQ or grill.

Directions

Sprinkle over moist meat portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop.
