Flavoured with sweet honey, dark soy sauce and finely milled Chinese spices with a hint of ginger and garlic - this spice mix forms a dark high sheen glaze on all meat types. Well seasoned and sweet - perfect for creating that Chinese dish.

Directions

Sprinkle over moist meat portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop.
