A French cuisine classic with a colourful mix of coarse chopped garlic, onion, ground black peppercorns and refined with sweet green peppers. When sprinkled directly onto cuts of red meat it produces a deep golden tan glaze, with hearty beef flavours. Perfect for adding value and flavour to steak, and can be turned into a delicious simmer sauce or gravy by simply adding water.

Directions

Glaze: Sprinkle over moist meat portions and allow to stand for the glaze to develop. Simmer Sauce: For best results slowly add enough water to 100 g of seasoning to form a thick sauce and pour over meat.
