Regal Cure (3.5Kg)
A low salt curing agent for lean smoked hams and bacon with blended phosphates, colour stabiliser, curing salt and flavour enhancer. Ideal for injection curing. Superb curing colour and stability, a fine sweet flavour and excellent preservation results in high grade products. Contains 12 grams per kilogram Nitrite curing salt.
DirectionsDissolve a 3.5 kg unit in 45 L water. Add salt to desired level.
UsageCure 3.5 kg, Iced Water 45 L, Salt As required, Total 48.5 kg plus salt
