A combination of phosphates, curing salt and colour stabiliser for injection curing of all raw cured products. Contains 12 grams per kilogram Nitrite curing salt.

Directions

Dissolve cure in water before adding salt (add salt to desired level)

Usage

1 kg to 10 L Water: for product up to 30% uptake of brine 1 kg to 15 L Water: for product over 30% uptake of brine

Allergens

This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
