A gluten free version of the popular Turkish style burger premix with an exotic blend of herbs and spices such as coriander, cumin, cardamom, paprika and chilli. Perfect for lamb.

Directions

Mince meat to required texture. Mix meat & seasoning together. Mince again. Store in a cool dry location away from direct light.

Usage

10 kg meat and fat, 0.6 kg burger mix (Water if required). Total 10.6 kg. *Gluten Free when prepared as directed
