A burger premix without added breadcrumb, flavoured with onion, white pepper and subtle chicken notes.

Directions

Mince meat to required texture. Mix meat and seasoning together. Mince again. Store in a cool dry location away from direct light.

Usage

16 kg Meat and Fat; 2 kg Premix; 2 kg Iced Water.

This product contains soy. This product is manufactured using the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
