A rich blend of mature red wine and garlic with a hint of tomato is used to create this seasoning. When sprinkled liberally on any cut of meat, it forms a high gloss glaze with deep grape hues. Visual appeal and flavour is enhanced with red sweet peppers and roughly chopped garden herbs.
This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
