A combination of ingredients for all raw cured ham products, especially for lean smoked hams. Gives superb curing colour and colour stability. Contains 30 grams per kilogram Nitrite curing salt.
This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
