A full bodied, dark, sweet, tomato and red wine based marinade with a "French Provencal" style flavour gathered from garlic, sweet peppers, thyme and freshly cracked black pepper. Perfect for adding a distinctive rustic flavour to larger cuts of beef or lamb. For best results marinate overnight or vacuum pack the product with the marinade applied.
This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
