Sweet apricot flavours are blended well with Provencal herbs and spices such as garlic, onion, finely milled white pepper and paprika. When sprinkled onto chicken or cuts of lamb this seasoning produces an appealing deep orange glaze highlighted with robust pieces of onion and sweet red peppers. One for the front window of any butchers shop.
This product is made on the same equipment that also produces products containing allergens listed in the FSANZ Standard 1.2.3.
