How to order
How to Order
- You must register to access online ordering. To register, click the 'Register' button from the top menu and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can ask one of our staff to set you up. Please contact us for further information.
- Once you are registered, enter your Username and Password in the required fields under the main menu and click 'Login'. This will allow you access to ordering and will show your current pricing and will allow your to 'add to cart'.
- Select the product/s you require by using the menu on the left hand side of the website or by using the search function.
- Any relevant results from the search enquiry or the selection of a category via the menu, will display in the main centre area of the webpage. You will see the Product Name, Product Code and the Price. You can click the Prodcut Image to show more detail about that product. Simply type the number of quantity of that product you rehire into the numeral box beside the 'Add to Cart' button, then click 'Add to Cart'.
- To see what is currently in your Cart, you can click on the Shopping Cart icon located in the top left hand corner of the web page. This will display a drop down window containing your current order. You can make any changes to your order in this window, click 'Hide Cart' to close the Shopping Cart window or click 'Checkout' to proceed to purchase and delivery.
Checkout
- You will be asked to verify your contact details. Please ensure these are correct. At any time, you can update your Account Details via the "Manage Account' option under the 'Account Menu' on the right hand side of the webpage.
- Click 'Proceed to Freight & Terms.
- Please check the correct delivery address is shown.
- Please select a Freight Option - Please ask us about further options.
- Please select a Payment Term. Some Accounts may have only one Payment Option. Please contact us if you would like other payment options, such as a Trading Account.
- Click 'Proceed to Confirm Order & Pay'
- This is you last chance to double check all the information is correct. If you are happy with the order, click 'Complete Your Order'.
What happens next?
Your Order will be sent direct to our Despatch Department for picking. Once your order is ready, the next available freight slot is booked. If you have selected other Freight Options, please contact us to arrange.
Are there shortcuts to speed up the process?
Yes. You can setup Saved Carts, which allow you to easy place repeat orders. You can also select 'Favourites' for those items you order all the time. We can help you set these up. Please contact us for further assistance.
I've registered but I cannot Login?
Registering does not automatically allow access to the website. Once you've registered, our Administration Department is notified. We'll review your Registration request and if required, will contact you. Once your Registration is accepted, your Account will be activated and you will be notified by email.
